The Curalux CLCN GUV18WS is a high efficiency 18 W UV C germicidal fluorescent tube developed for use in dedicated ultraviolet sterilisation equipment. This single ended UV C tube emits powerful short wave UV radiation that is effective at disrupting the DNA and RNA of microorganisms — helping reduce bacteria, viruses and other pathogens when used within appropriately designed units.
This lamp is not intended for general illumination or open area use. Its design and output are optimised for use inside controlled fixtures such as air purifiers, HVAC sterilisation modules, water treatment chambers and enclosed surface disinfection cabinets.

Because this process does not rely on chemicals, it provides chemical free sterilisation that’s clean and efficient when applied within sealed systems.
